The u/10, u/11 and u/13 hockey boys went to New Hanover over the past weekend. Once again we were welcomed with open arms and the boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They played excellent hockey. Our u/10s played five games, winning all but one. Our u/11s played and won all four their games. Collectively the junior boys scored 37 goals and only conceded 7. Our u/13s played five matches, drawing three and winning two, enabling us to come second in our pool. We then played in the semi’s against Wembley and lost 2-0. We then played in the finals against KJS, drawing 1-1 but coming fourth due to a short corner count out.
