SP Phase Soccer Day
On Friday, 19 June, our SP Phase learners celebrated the FIFA World Cup with a fun-filled Soccer Day. Learners were divided into teams representing different countries and competed in a friendly tournament against one another. The day was filled with excitement, enthusiasm and plenty of goals, as learners embraced the spirit of international football. It was wonderful to see such school spirit on display and all involved had great fun.
1st Team Hockey Friendly vs SPC
On Monday, 22 June, our 1st boys’ and 1st girls’ hockey teams travelled to SPC for an impromptu post-season friendly tournament. The afternoon provided a fantastic opportunity for players to enjoy one final outing together and celebrate the friendships built throughout the season.
The hockey was played in a competitive but friendly spirit, with our 1st boys securing a well-earned 2–1 victory, while our 1st girls battled hard to earn a 0–0 draw. SPC proved to be outstanding hosts, generously treating players and staff to delicious boerewors rolls after the matches. The camaraderie between the two schools made for an enjoyable and memorable occasion for everyone involved.
