KEHS Mini Cricket Festival

The KEHS Mini Cricket Festival, held on Saturday, was a resounding success for all age groups. In the U7 category, we won both our matches. We beat Focused by 37.8 runs, posting 42/1 to Focused's 25/6, and followed that up with a 10.3-run win over Rivermead, with KEHS scoring 40/3 while Rivermead posted 18/6. In the U8 category, KEHS 1 defeated KJS by 11.9 runs, finishing with 43/2 against KJS's 48/5, and Rivermead by 13.7 runs, scoring 52/2 to Rivermead's 37/3. KEHS 2 had a thrilling tie with Focused, both teams finishing with 27/3, but secured a 25-run win over SPC, finishing 42/1 while SPC posted 34/2. Our U9 team continued the winning streak, with KEHS 1 achieving a 50.5-run win over SMDS and a 30.3-run victory over Rivermead. Suid Natal 1st Hockey & Netball Festival

The Suid Natal 1st Hockey & Netball Festival on the 1st of March was another exciting event, with strong performances in both hockey and netball. Our 1st Hockey team played two hard-fought matches, drawing both games. We finished with a 1-1 draw against Port Shepstone High and a 0-0 draw against Suid Natal. Our 1st Netball team was in fine form, winning four of their five group-stage matches. We enjoyed a 12-3 victory over SPC, 10-1 win over BVC, 8-4 victory against Scottburgh, and 14-1 win against Port Shepstone High. The only loss came against Suid Natal, with a score of 10-15. In the semi-finals, we secured a solid 10-6 victory over KC, but unfortunately lost to Suid Natal 10-18 in the final, finishing 2nd out of 12 teams.

Mini Cricket

Our Mini Cricket teams had an outstanding day against Focused on Thursday. Our U7 team posted an impressive 51/1, while Focused had 22/0, securing a convincing win for us. Our U8 team also showed their strength, finishing with 40/1, while Focused managed 13/6. Our U9 team followed suit, with a dominant performance of 42/0, while Focused scored 17/1.

HS Tennis vs KC

Our HS tennis team faced KC on Monday in a competitive match. Despite the team's strong effort, they were narrowly defeated, with the final score being KEHS 21, KC 27. We are confident that our players will build on this experience in future competitions.
