This past Thursday and Friday, KEHS held its annual Inter-house Athletics meeting. Melville and Graham houses turned up in full force and enthusiasm to support the competitors wholeheartedly. There were some stellar performances from our athletes, and some long standing records were broken. Athletes of notable mention who received the Best Athlete award in their respective age group are as follows: Lintle Mothapa, Sydney Lombard, Abby Thurston, Zandri Jacobs, Abubuhle Ntloko, Rebecca de Burgh, Aaron Lombard and Ashwin Jood. Our Junior Victrix and Victor Ludorums for the SP were Keyonte O’Reilly and Caleb Sweetnam.

The Senior Primary Victor and Victrix Ludorums were Taku Chinzete and Zandri Jacobs. In the High School our Junior Victrix and Victor were Anathi Madikizela and Cebo Zibi. Our Senior Victor and Victrix were Justin Nel and Kayla Harris. Competition and camaraderie were strong between the two houses, but in the end, Graham house emerged victorious. The day ran without hiccough, thanks to the dedicated helpers, volunteers, teachers and organisers.
