Grade 7 Entrepreneurs’ Day

On Tuesday, 3 September, our Grade 7 learners had the opportunity to explore their creativity and business acumen during Entrepreneurs’ Day. The event buzzed with excitement as stalls brimmed with homemade treats, crafts and innovative ideas. It was a wonderful opportunity for the learners to gain practical experience in planning, teamwork and money management. The same day also marked Spring Civvies Day, with learners across the school enjoying the chance to welcome the new season in colourful attire. The bright and cheerful outfits certainly added to the festive atmosphere.

Pre-school Fun Athletics

The youngest members of our school took part in their Fun Athletics Day on Thursday, 5 September. Laughter and excitement filled the air as children enjoyed a variety of races and activities, including the ice-cream race, hula-hoop, bounce and catch, sack race, hurdles, and even the ever-popular “motorbikes.” It was a delightful event that was filled with fun and participation.

Grade 11 Macbeth Moot Court vs Focused

On Friday, 5 September, KEHS hosted a highly engaging Macbeth Moot Court, which brought Shakespeare’s tragedy into a courtroom setting. The learners demonstrated outstanding creativity, critical thinking and a deep understanding of the text. Special thanks are extended to Mr Peters for his initiative in organising this event and to the adjudicators for their valuable input. Congratulations to Focused, who secured a well-deserved victory. The moot court proved to be an enriching experience for all involved and was undoubtedly a resounding success.
